Manic Miner for the MGT Sam Coupé
This is as you would expect it to be, being based on the Spectrum version but taking advantage of the Sam's greater graphics and sound capabilities.
There are a few additions namely two sets of extra levels!
The scroller reads as follows:
Manic Miner .1992 Software Projects, programmed by Matthew Holt for Revelation software.
Graphics by Brian McConnell, Jeff Coppard and Matthew Holt.
Sound and Music by Frantisek Fuka.
Additional layouts by Matthew Holt, David Ledbury, Darren Blackburn, Graham Burtenshaw, Richard Swann, Wendy Jess and Robert Kingston.
Guide Miner Willy through a lot of lethal caverns.

Beware the Twilight Zone, Everything is not as it appears.
It should be noted the file contains two disk images, one is the original release and the other one is part of a compilation release, there are slight remnants on disk of the other games but this does not matter. This other version also appears unprotected too.
One point to note is the 'original' has slightly different layouts compared to the 'compilation' so I would judge the compilation to be the truer version as such. It is unclear if on a real machine instead of emulation if the level select would rectify this or not.
The reason for the inclusion here and not as a separate addition is simply because on emulation I noted that it was almost impossible to select the other two sets of caverns with the original release whereas with the 'other' version it is simply highlighted on the title screen and you can just hold 1 2 or 3 and press ENTER to start using those level sets, as simple as that.
Regarding the instructions for sounds as its not too clear from the in-built instructions:
Pressing '1' will enable the in-game tune
Pressing '2' will silence the in-game tune and enable sound effects
Pressing '3' will turn off all sound
