If there is, please move my topic there. 🙂 I think here at JSWMM there was a topic about how Eugene´s Lair Eugene got it´s name, so I thought to start a topic about song names somehow related to Jet Set Willy and Manic Miner and their clones and homebrews. The songs don´t have to be about these games at all, just the name could be "related" to JSWMM or clones or homebrews. Perhaps "related" to a room name of some JSWMM related game. Or the band name is somehow "related" to JSWMM genre. Let´s see what you can find out! 🙂 I did a very fast search. There´s a band name called "The Jet Set". 🙂 Here are few photos I found.    A song about Willy when he was younger.   A song "about" Memotech JSW clone, Son of Pete. "Join the Jet Set, or Die" 😄   Look at this! If this isn´t about the jet set life of Willy what is then? I think this photo is an advertisement of Jet Set Willy the movie! Jet Set Willie Posted April 12 Author Report Share Posted April 12 (edited) Thank you, Norman! 🙂 It looks like this Banyan Tree cover has got "a bit" of "commercial touch" in it to make the song to sell better... doesn´t remind me about the original Banyan Tree scene a much anymore. 😄 Perhaps it has sold better, than the "original" cover idea with a still drunken male wearing a top hat, an old fashioned "jet set suit", and rubber boots..... the hangover has just started and he´s wandering under the big Banyan Tree at 7:00am collecting emptied bottles and glasses... who knows?
