My possible future games

I had been thinking for a long time if I should mention these games here at all, as there´s not a much done for them yet.

But here we go...

 

A space themed game

This had started as a 48K version some years ago when I started playing with JSWED. Back then I made two test rooms for this game, I still feel it was much more interesting than What a Wonderful World of Willie, even there were just those two fully playable rooms. A half year ago I made several fully working test rooms more, without guardians though, with JSWED version [. I am not sure, though, if I will use those new test rooms. I was mainly testing some ideas how they could work with the JSW engine. 🙂 They worked fine. 🙂 Even there´s nothing more available, I still think that game has a potential. 🙂 

I have forgotten the name... I will let you know it, if I can find it from my computer. It´s not sure though, if I had written it down. 

 

The Legend of Spruce Lee

I did an animated title screen and few testing rooms an year ago. It follows the styles of my soon coming games, with a different theme, though. 🙂 I was surprised, when a certain new Willy game was published, as it had used a same idea what I was meant to use in one or few rooms! 🙂 That said, I think it´s OK for me to use that idea for those rooms. 🙂 I liked the whole idea of this game a lot, though I got bored to it afterwards. Not because there´s something wrong with the game or it´s idea, I just got bored. Maybe I should revive it again someday after I have finished my two new games? 🙂 

At least I have now "acquired the rights" for the name of this latter game. 😉 

 

There are few other ideas, too. I had made test rooms for some of them a long time ago already. I will have to see, if I should realize any of them. With one of them, I did find out the limits of the few best (in my opinion) JSWED versions. It´s doable though, but JSWED is not enough to fully realize it. At least not with my skills. 🙂 

While I did a quick search if I could find out the space game´s name, I found some notes about room names to be included to the Mansion game. I had totally forgotten them! Two room names are belonging together to form a "pre-" and "after-" rooms. The room of the first name is actually existing in the Mansion, but the name is very different, with the same theme, though. It´s more mild, too, the original name was much "better", a suitably provocative name and idea for such a room. 🙂 Sadly I can´t add them anymore, as all the rooms are used already. But at least the room does exist and is a nice and playable room with some things to watch while you play! 🙂

Dare I say, that I have started to write down notes for the new game and made one test room for it? I will continue with the "almost finished" games first, though. I can´t say any date for them at the moment. I hope the Mansion will be finished during this year.

 

While waiting for them, let me bring you some hype...
