UncleWan got a reaction from Hervé AST for a file, Willy’s Spring Festival
Hello,everyone!
To celebrate the Chinese New Year 2026, I made this mini-game.Here is my JSWED 48K game,an easy mini-game with six rooms which can be completed without losing a life.
Story:Willy had prepared a generous gift early, intending to honor his parents during the Spring Festival. Passing by the Temple of Wealth God ,he went in to offer incense and pray for abundant wealth in the new year.
Unexpectedly, a gust of wind suddenly blew, scattering all the gifts he was holding in different directions. Willy needs to go along the way to search and pick them up, retrieving each gift to give to his parents.
The game offers two languages: English and Chinese Pinyin. The only differences between the two language versions are the text and some sprites.TAP format only.

UncleWan reacted to Hervé AST for a file, Willy in the Islands of Mystery : Part II : The Temple
Hello everyone
I am thrilled to announce the release of my sixth game, "Willy in the Islands of Mystery: Part II: The Temple."
It uses the JSW64 engine with the variant [].
This game is a direct sequel to the first game, "Willy in the Islands of Mystery: Part I; Exploration," created in 2007.
I encourage you to start by playing Part I.
It is available for download via this link:
https://xa.bi/jsw/islands1.htm
Part I, "Exploration":
The story: For some unknown reason—perhaps after the sinking of his cruise ship—Willy is alone on a raft in the middle of the ocean. One morning, he discovers a mysterious island on the horizon. He will have to explore it and find a way back home...
Part II, "The Temple,"
Begins in the exact same room where Willy finished the game in Part I.
The story: After exploring the islands, Willy discovers an ancient temple. To leave the Isles of Mystery, he must face its dangers and collect all the flashing objects scattered inside. Perhaps the Temple holds the key to his freedom.
Part II, "The Temple," has many surprises in store for you.
Technically, it's the first JSW game with different music for each room.
The theme is therefore different depending on the room.
This game also has many effects that greatly enhance the game's atmosphere.
I won't say any more; you'll have to discover it all for yourself...
And I've saved the best for last: I didn't create this game alone. Daniel (JetSetDanny) worked incredibly hard on all these improvements: music programming, visual effects, adding traps, scrolling messages, loading screen, end screen, game translation, title colors, complete testing, promoting the game on social media and websites dedicated to classic games… I think I'm forgetting some things, and I apologize to him.
It was a colossal and time-consuming undertaking. I want to thank him for his dedication and availability.
This is why this game is co-signed (Hervé and Daniel), as you can see on the home screen.
The game is available in two languages: English and French, In TAP and TZX formats
Have fun!
Hervé

UncleWan reacted to selfdelmer for a file, GameMaker 2 Manic Miner for Windows
A remake of the ZX Spectrum version of Manic Miner by Matthew Smith using GameMaker 2 for Windows.
It started as a small project to learn GameMaker 2 to see if I could reproduce just the first level with accurate movements and 'sprites'. Once the first level was completed, I just had to finished it off.
No installation required, just extract the zip and run the mm.exe file.
If you want some help enter 6031769 for unlimited lives. This mode also allows you to use f1 and f2 to skip through levels, press escape to go back to the title screen.

UncleWan reacted to lemmylemming for a file, Jet Set Lemmy
Silly little Jet Set Willy hack i made during the start of this year.
Mostly the JSW1 rooms with alterations (mostly to make it easier, because i kinda suck at JSW), and i also changed a lot of the sprites.
It's in Spanish, and i don't plan on making an English version since the room names are all basically translations from original JSW (with a few exceptions) and i'm gonna be too busy to make one (school, and other stuff)
I don't know if it's fully completable but i think every item should be obtainable.
I planned to add either Humoresque or the CPC track but i didn't like Maketune and i couldn't figure out any other way.

UncleWan reacted to jetsetdanny for a file, Welcome to Willy's Fun Park!
I am very pleased to upload, on Hervé Ast’s behalf, the release files of “Welcome to Willy’s Fun Park!” 😊This is Hervé’s fifth released JSW game and his third using the JSW64 game engine—variant Z, in this case. The launch of “Welcome to Willy’s Fun Park!” marks Hervé’s triumphant return to the JSW scene after an 18-year absence.
The game is released in four language versions: English, French, Polish, and Spanish.
Set in an amusement park that Willy apparently owns, the game sees him facing a familiar challenge: he must clean the entire place—otherwise, Maria won’t let him enter the parking lot where his vehicle is waiting. The game features 64 brand-new rooms inspired by classic funfair attractions: an impressive rollercoaster, a Ferris Wheel, a haunted house, a hall of mirrors, a maze, and bumper cars, among others. You’ll also find a pirate ship, a casino, archery, hook-a-duck, and stalls offering food and souvenirs. Some well-known characters from Hervé’s earlier games—like the Yeti and the extraterrestrials—make appearances, too.
I’ve had the privilege of playtesting the game and contributing a few small elements. It’s beautifully atmospheric and not especially difficult if you play using snapshots or Rollback. The game makes excellent use of the JSW64 engine’s features, such as switches, and offers many interesting challenges, including some where you really need to think rather than just collect items.
So go ahead—download it and enjoy this fantastic adventure in the language of your choice. It’s a wonderful treat from Hervé - it’s so good to have him back on the scene! 😊

The built-in helping option will not be activated, on emulator at least, if you should choose to load the .TAP.
You can find the release related post from here. Welcome to write any feedback there! 🙂
Thanks to JetSetDanny, it´s listed now on JSWcentral, too! 🙂
