The-Red-Bayron Posted June 6 Report Share Posted June 6 Just an open question to the community, there was a Manic Miner-ish game for the C64 called Blagger, I was thinking of porting it to the Spectrum. There are 30 levels, at the moment 3 of the levels are already converted and part of the Lost levels in WillyWood bonus section. Is there any interest to do this? There can never be too many Manic Miner levels. It's the usual problem in that the screen and sprite sizes are different between the C64 and Spectrum, also the C64 guardians can move through other objects. This is one of the levels so far. Hi, my reply to your question would definitely be "Yes", with the understanding that you're not asking others to embark on this task (I couldn't right now or in the foreseeable future due to lack of time) but rather checking if others would be interested if you went ahead with the conversion 🙂 . Yes, it will be nice and definitely appreciated if you do it 🙂 . I will also be happy to playtest as usual before the final release.
